As the Ypsilanti Food Co-op seeks to reach out into the community with efforts like the Farmers’ Market card reader service, Solar Ypsi, the Local Honey Project, and the River Street Bakery, friends in the community reach in to present their sustainable projects at the Co-op.  Our regular educational series has included Natural Egg Dying; Co-op Shopping by Bike with Bike Ypsi; Making Gluten-Free Cakes & Muffins; Preserving the Harvest, and Cheese Making with Preserving Traditions; the ABCs of Local Eating; Seed Starting; and much more.
